Greatwood is a community of almost 4,200 homes and, while we do employ the services of a management company, we rely on the help of volunteers. Volunteers help keep our community running!
The newsletter, the flowers and plants, the architectural committee, the playgrounds, the holiday decorations and this website are all cared for, and have decisions and recommendations made by volunteers.
